Just a quick note

I hope everyone had a great weekend. It's hot as the blazes here, but at least the AC is working. Thank God for that!!!

I have to give a little recommendation. For those of you looking for something to read in the Regency vein--but something different than the traditional Duke meets a beautiful, but lowly, woman who he falls in love with and must go to any lengths to wed . . .

And for those of you who think that Pride and Prejudice can never be over-used, or read too many times . . .

Austenland by Shannon Hale

It's such a different take on the old classic; I really enjoyed it. I'm actually contemplating being slack and taking a few moments to skim back through it.
